Job summary

Aquablu B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Digital Product Builder to own a slice of our growing portfolio end to end. You will run discovery with users and stakeholders, decide what to build, and ship it using AI agents as your primary collaborator.

You’ll measure outcomes and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. You’ll own the surface from problem to shipped feature, prioritise effectively, and raise the bar for product work across the team.

• Real product management experience.
• Built working product with AI agents and can show it.
• Product judgement under ambiguity.
• You make others better.
• Enough technical fluency to build.
• Clear communication with users, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own digital product surfaces end to end.
• Conduct discovery and prioritise decisions.
• Ship with AI: prototype in hours, ship in days.
• Align stakeholders from leadership to users.
• Raise the PM bar across the team.
• Define success metrics per feature and track outcomes.
