Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Product Manager - Media for a permanent, remote-first role based in Europe. You own a high-impact media product program within a Generative AI advertising environment and translate requirements into a clear backlog for delivery teams.

You will coordinate with engineering, strategy, and external partners, ensuring MVP surfaces reflect real media workflows from planning to activation and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience on technical products such as platforms, APIs, data products, AI products, or similar technologies.
• Professional experience in paid media, advertising platforms, commerce or retail media in an agency, brand, publisher or AdTech setting.
• Strong understanding of media practitioners’ workflows and ability to discuss campaign planning, trafficking, platforms, data flows and media recommendations.
• Proven ability to deliver products against fixed milestones while managing external stakeholders and enterprise commitments.
• Exceptional product-writing skills for tickets, requirements, acceptance criteria and milestones.
• Strong capability to structure complex requirements into actionable backlogs and prioritize by impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog with clear, signable acceptance criteria.
• Translate contract scope and business requirements into a sequenced backlog for the development team.
• Plan and coordinate a multi-month product build with dependencies across data, APIs, AI, and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate delivery with external data APIs and internal teams.
• Lead milestone cadence and communicate shipping status, risks, and descoping early.
• Manage product design track and coordinate freelance designers for MVP surfaces.
• Prepare for enterprise pilots with onboarding flows and operational playbooks.
• Develop measurement approaches to demonstrate pilot impact.
• Maintain understanding of media workflows and how campaigns are planned, trafficked, activated, and optimized.
• Collaborate with engineering, strategy, media, and partner teams to resolve dependencies.
• Surface risks and scope decisions proactively to protect milestones.
• Measure success via milestone delivery, backlog quality, and pilot readiness.
