Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Offensive Security Engineer based in the Netherlands to join a hands-on security team at the frontier of cloud infrastructure and AI. You will simulate sophisticated attacks against systems customers rely on and help uncover weaknesses before they become real threats.

You’ll own red-team engagements across cloud compute, storage, networking, and AI platform services, develop custom tooling, and produce clear, actionable reports for engineering and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in offensive security, red teaming or related field.
• Hands-on cloud-native attack experience (Kubernetes, IAM, virtualization).
• Ability to turn findings into actionable guidance for engineers and leadership.
• Experience with ML infrastructure or GPU clusters is a plus.
• Reverse engineering or exploit development experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication for senior-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct full-scope red team engagements across cloud compute, storage, inference, networking, orchestration, and internal tooling.
• Identify attack paths impacting operations, customer environments, or platform assets.
• Develop offensive tooling and post-exploitation capabilities to scale testing.
• Produce clear, actionable reports for technical teams and leadership.
• Establish and improve red team processes, tooling, and operating practices as the platform scales.
• Collaborate with detection and response teams on purple team exercises.
