Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong backend development experience using Kotlin, Java, Scala, or Golang.
• Experience building scalable backend systems or distributed architectures.
• Solid understanding of testing, clean code, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with AI technologies, LLMs, AI integrations, or a strong affinity for AI-driven development.
• A consulting mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong communication skills and a love for learning.
