Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking a seasoned cloud generalist to oversee and guide AI-driven workloads across multi-cloud environments. You will architect scalable infrastructure, supervise AI-driven code generation, and ensure observability and security at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong background in core cloud architecture (networking, security, IAM, compute, storage).
• Ability to leverage AI tools for automated code writing, pipeline creation, and system monitoring.
• Experience across multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and IaC tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Passionate about in-person collaboration and knowledge-sharing culture at Xebia.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-cloud systems across AWS and GCP.
• Supervise AI automation for code generation, infrastructure provisioning, and workloads.
• Maintain high observability of AI-driven deployments for reliability, security and performance.
• Lead and mentor colleagues during XKE knowledge-sharing sessions.
