Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists - Strategic Builders who define AI strategy and translate complex challenges into agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You’ll lead a delivery team, shape architecture across Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems, and drive measurable adoption with governance baked in.

In this role you will own the end-to-end engagement from discovery through deployment, with 12-week project lifecycles, stakeholder management, and ongoing value

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years leading strategic solutioning or delivery for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector/Higher Education/Nonprofit.
• Experience with Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end and travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and architecture, lead workshops and design sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements.
• Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to hit milestones.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools like Cursor and Claude.
• Manage government, nonprofit, or education stakeholder relationships.
