Job summary

Swapfiets in Amsterdam is seeking a full-time AI-generated content (AIGC) & Studio Intern to join our HQ. You will blend traditional filmmaking with generative AI and support the R&D, production, and post-production of global video campaigns.

You should be a recent film graduate or a self-learner, with experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci, and generative AI tools. Comfortable in a studio, you’ll work with camera and lighting gear, and contribute to content automation workflows.

Qualifications

• You are a recent film graduate or a skilled self-learner with a passion for blending traditional production with AI.
• Experience with video editing (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci) and Generative AI tools.
• Comfortable in a studio setting, with camera & lighting gear and knowledge of AI tools.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Experience using AI-generated content tools and workflow automation tools.
• Proficient in studio setups and in capturing content with cameras; knowledge of composition, color grading, audio and lighting.
• 3D, VFX and motion skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills; Fluent English (speaking & writing).
• Ideally available 40 hours per week for 6–8 months; enrolled in a Dutch university for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Content Strategist & Producer to research and define Generative AI scope for in-house content production.
• Manage the operations of our in-house studio and maintain equipment inventory.
• Ideate, produce and edit videos for Swapfiets global and local campaigns, ensuring high quality and brand-aligned content.
• Build content automation workflows to streamline production pipelines.
• Work with designers, copywriters, marketers, and content creators to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas.

For our Brand & Creative team, we are looking for a full time AI-generated content (AIGC) & Studio Intern for our HQ in Amsterdam. Are you a creative with a passion for photography, video and generative AI content production? If so, we want you to join our in-house creative team at Swapfiets!

What you will do

You'll help scale Swapfiets' brand by blending traditional filmmaking with generative AI. Working in our new studio, you will support the R&D, production, and post-production of global video campaigns. We're looking for a creative team player ready to push the boundaries of AIGC in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Content Strategist & Producer to research & develop the Generative AI scope for our in-house content production team
• Manage the operations of our in-house studio and maintain an equipment inventory
• Ideate, produce and edit videos for Swapfiets global and local campaigns, ensuring high-quality and engaging content in accordance with our brand guidelines
• Build content automation workflows to facilitate our production pipeline
• Work with our talented team of designers, copywriters, marketers, and content creators to brainstorm and execute fresh, exciting ideas

Your profile

You are a recent film graduate or a skilled self-learner with a passion for blending traditional production with AI.

You have experience with video editing (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci) and Generative AI tools (such as Higgsfield, Weave etc).

You are comfortable in a studio setting, handy with camera and lighting gear, and obsessed with the latest AI tools.

• Living in the Amsterdam area or willing to commute
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Experience using AI generated content tools and workflow automation tools
• Proficient in studio setups and in capturing content with cameras, with base knowledge of composition, color grading, audio and lighting techniques
• 3D, VFX and motion skills would be a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Ideally available 40 hours per week, for 6-8 months
• Enrolled in a dutch university for the whole duration of the internship
