Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Technical PM to own the agent runtime and the platform that powers our agentic products. You’ll define the runtime architecture, establish non-functional targets, and translate customer needs into scalable architectural decisions that balance latency, reliability, and cost.

This is an engineering-facing role, but it remains a product role at heart. You’ll collaborate with ML and backend engineers to run product evals, track frontier technology, and ensure our runtimes

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with tech/platform focus.
• Deep understanding of LLM-based systems and agent architectures.
• Background in distributed systems or infra and scale.
• Treats non-functional requirements as a first-class product surface.
• Hands-on experience creating and running evals for agent accuracy.
• Fluency in model operations and provider trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent runtime architecture and orchestration.
• Define runtime performance targets: latency, throughput, reliability, cost, observability.
• Lead product evals proving agent accuracy and reliability at scale.
• Make model strategy decisions: selection, swaps, cost/performance trade-offs.
• Track market intelligence and shape the runtime roadmap.
• Partner with engineering and go-to-market to scale and communicate value.
