Job summary

ING NL offers a Workalong Intern role to support the development of intelligent agents for NFR processes. You will design, build, and test agent-based solutions, gaining hands-on experience in data science, AI, and automation within a regulated banking environment.

The internship lasts at least six months, located in Amsterdam, with a 36-hour work week. You will receive an internship allowance and a laptop, with hybrid working and exposure to risk management and banking domains.

Qualifications

• Master's student in Data Science, AI, CS, Math, or related field.
• Experience with machine learning, data analysis, or AI/LLM frameworks.
• Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot.
• Experience with prompt engineering and building agents.
• Interest in risk management, banking, or regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Agent Development & AI Solutions: Design and develop agent-based solutions to support NFR processes with Co-Pilot.
• Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze and process structured and unstructured data relevant to NFR domains.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with AI, agents, and data science developments; support knowledge sharing on AI.
• Collaboration: Work with NFR experts, IT teams, and stakeholders; present outcomes and recommendations to management.
