Job summary
ING Nederland is offering a Workalong Intern role within the CRO NL domain in Amsterdam. You will help design, build and test agent-based AI solutions to support risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications
- Master student in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience with machine learning, data analysis, or AI/LLM frameworks.
- Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot.
- Experience with prompt engineering and building agents.
- Interest in risk management, banking, or regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Agent Development & AI Solutions for NFR processes with Co-Pilot.
- Design and develop agent-based solutions to support NFR processes.
- Prototype and validate new approaches for automation in risk management.
- Data Analysis & Process Improvement for structured and unstructured data.
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Stay up to date with AI, agents, and data science developments.
- Support knowledge or training sessions on AI within NFR teams.
- Collaborate with NFR experts, IT teams, and stakeholders.
- Present outcomes, demos, and recommendations to management.
