You will work on designing, building, and testing agent-based solutions that support risk identification, monitoring, and reporting processes. This role provides a unique opportunity to bridge data science and risk management while contributing to innovation within the bank.
You will join the one of the teams within the CRO NL domain, based in Amsterdam. CRO NL is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring and managing ING Netherlands’ key risks, while safeguarding regulatory compliance, protecting the bank’s reputation and resilience, and enabling sustainable growth through sound risk management and decision-making.
We are increasingly leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions, including Co-Pilot agents to improve efficiency, horizon scanning, and control effectiveness. You will collaborate with risk experts in a multidisciplinary, innovative environment.
