Job summary

Realworks in Amsterdam is seeking a Scrum Master to boost Agile practices across our real estate IT teams. You will coach teams, facilitate Scrum events, and help remove impediments to deliver value.

You’ll work with Product Owners and stakeholders to align backlogs and priorities, grow the Agile mindset, and contribute to continuous improvements. We offer a hybrid work model and a central Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
• Experience coaching teams and transferring Agile knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events for one or more teams and remove blockers.
• Coach Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Promote clear communication and collaboration across teams.
• Contribute to developing an organization-wide Agile mindset.
• Support continuous improvements and value delivery.
