Job summary

ITSync is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into clear requirements for AI solutions in the financial services sector. You will work in a large enterprise IT environment with stakeholders, architects, engineers and security specialists.

You will translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements, define AI agent capabilities and acceptance criteria, and ensure security, privacy and compliance are addressed throughout the delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a (Technical) Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Strong requirements engineering and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI orchestration.
• Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, SSO, APIs, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
• Awareness of security, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define AI agent capabilities, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Address requirements related to IAM, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and constraints involving APIs, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
