1UP Training in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business objectives and technical delivery for enterprise agentic AI platforms. You will translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and work with product, security, and platform teams from discovery through implementation.

In this role you will define functional and non-functional requirements for AI use cases, map user journeys, and ensure identity, access, and data protection

Qualificações

• Strong requirements engineering and user journey mapping skills.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements for security, performance, availability, scalability, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyse, challenge, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for agentic AI use cases.
• Translate business outcomes into agent capabilities and constraints, user journeys, process flows, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders across product, architects, engineers, security, and platform teams.
• Assess AI agents interactions with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, tools, and business processes.
• Capture and validate authentication, authorization, identity, RBAC, SSO, federation, and service access requirements.
• Identify security, privacy, compliance, audit, logging, data protection, and secrets management implications early.
• Support containerized deployments with Kubernetes, scaling, availability, and deployment concerns.
