Job summary

411 SFDC Netherlands B.V. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You’ll join a delivery team working with Deployment Strategists to co-create scalable, production-ready AI systems for enterprise customers.

You’ll own end-to-end components—from architecture decisions to deployed, observable solutions—while partnering with customers and partners to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including production systems.
• Hands-on with AI tech stacks, full-stack development, or frontier models.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience required.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to communicate with sales teams and customer architects.
• Commitment to shipping quality code and engineering rigor.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Work with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.
• Co-build solutions for single large accounts or multiple accounts.
• Configure, customize, and perform full-stack deployment of solutions.
• Create data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and other data platforms.
• Model data, ship pipelines, and validate outputs in production.
• Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs to accelerate deployment.
• Collaborate with customers and partners; share best practices.
• Translate business challenges into actionable agentic solutions with the pod.
