Job summary

MarvelX AI is hiring an AI Engineer to help push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in production. You’ll design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve mission-critical problems for clients in regulated industries.

You’ll work directly with founders and tech leads to ship real products and own end-to-end client deployments. You’ll explore LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration, while ensuring explainability and auditability across the stack.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML systems.
• Strong in Python and the modern LLM/agent stack (model APIs, orchestration frameworks, vector DBs).
• Experience with LLMs and agentic architectures - built, broken, and improved.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents that handle real-world workflows in insurance, banking and other financial services domains.
• Experiment with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-use, and multi-agent orchestration to push performance.
• Design pipelines that ensure explainability, traceability, and auditability for every decision the AI makes.
• Own client delivery, directly; scope integrations, run demos, and ship deployments.
