Job summary

Amazon Ads seeks an Agency Account Manager for our Amsterdam-based team. You will manage end-to-end agency and advertiser relationships, driving adoption of the Amazon DSP and delivering strategic, personalized recommendations to meet business goals.

You will leverage first-party data to inform campaigns and collaborate with Sales, Creative & Product teams to maximize revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
• Experience in programmatic advertising, DSPs, and ad tech.
• Bachelor’s degree or similar.
• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
• Fluency in Dutch or French & English.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with trading desk managers and provide onboarding and ongoing product usage guidance.
• Craft tailored proposals using Amazon Advertising DSP to meet client goals.
• Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned book of business.
• Manage end-to-end agency account processes and develop strategic relationships.
• Use insights to build campaign recommendations that drive revenue or customer satisfaction.
