BYD Europe seeks a Technical Engineer - Chinese Speaker to drive technical bid solutions for European bus tenders, coordinating with product and R&D teams. You will analyze tender documents, translate client needs into technical specs, and support solution development in a fast-moving, multinational setting.

Based in the Netherlands, you will collaborate with HQ R&D and cross-functional teams, ensuring feasibility and compliance while advancing zero-emission transportation initiatives across

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of work experience.
• Ability to work in a trans-global business environment for high-tech products.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD software (NX) and modelling/simulation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (German or French is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical analysis of tender documents to extract requirements and create bid scope.
• Develop and validate customized technical bid solutions meeting client needs.
• Coordinate clarifications with clients and translate requirements into specifications.
• Liaise with HQ R&D to align on architecture, risks and resources.
• Produce technical bid deliverables and manage version control.
• Assess technical risks and propose mitigation plans.
