Job summary

Haier is expanding its HVAC division in the Netherlands. The role of After Sales Support Engineer is based in the Deventer Centre of Excellence, with responsibilities spanning technical assistance and site diagnostics for installers and partners across Europe.

You will combine office-based work in Deventer with on-site visits to customer sites, delivering support on A2W heat pumps, VRF systems, and chillers, while helping ensure installations operate optimally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Air-to-Water heat pumps / wet heating systems.
• Knowledge of air conditioning or HVAC systems.
• F-Gas certification.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HVAC systems (A2W, VRF, split units and chillers)
• Provide phone and digital technical support to installers and partners
• Analyze faults and assist with troubleshooting
• Occasionally visit sites for diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Support with system commissioning
• Assist with warranty claims and technical reporting
• Deliver training sessions to A2W professionals
• You will work partly from our office in Deventer and partly on-site with customers.
