Overview

Siemens is looking for a Technical Field Support Representative to be a key link between our customers, partners, and our advanced HVAC equipment. In this role, you'll not only resolve technical issues but also identify new sales opportunities, helping to build a strong network of satisfied customers and ensure projects run smoothly. Your work will be dynamic and varied, combining hands-on technical support with in-depth analysis. You'll be a crucial point of contact for our customers and the sales team, providing essential support via phone and email.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical support to customers and the sales team, handling inquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare accurate cost price calculations for new projects.
• Guide customers through the successful implementation of our systems and assist them with any challenges.
• Manage various systems, ensuring all information is entered accurately and efficiently.
• Take ownership of issues, proactively addressing and resolving them within our systems.

Qualifications

• An MBO 3/4 level of education in a technical field, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Demonstrable knowledge of HVAC, building technology, and/or climate control systems.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• The ability to work independently and under pressure, with a structured approach.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a commercial awareness that allows you to spot opportunities while solving problems.
• The ability to build relationships and expand your professional network.
• Proficiency in Dutch is essential
