Job summary

AB Graphic International in the Netherlands is seeking an After Sales Support Manager to act as the key link between manufacturing, service teams and customers, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will coordinate installations, manage cross-site projects and stay in close contact with customers until machines are accepted and in production.

Occasional travel across BeNeLux, the UK and Germany is required, with ownership and clear communication at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch
• Professional-level English
• Technical or logistical background
• Confident communicator with a resilient approach
• Strong multitasking and deadline management
• Willingness to travel to BeNeLux, UK and Germany

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between manufacturing teams and the customer
• Coordinate smooth installation processes for high-value machinery
• Manage projects across multiple manufacturing sites
• Maintain close contact with customers until machines are accepted and in production
• Coordinate all required work with the service department
• Calculate machine costs after the warranty period ends
• Travel occasionally within BeNeLux, the UK, and Germany
