Job summary

Alfa Laval Netherlands Breda is seeking a proactive Project Execution Manager to own end-to-end customer projects after order intake. You will coordinate design, planning, installation, start-up and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality, while supporting performance validation and warranty.

A technical background and hands-on project management experience are required, with strong Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering or a similar field.
• Experience in a similar technical, commercial environment.
• Dutch and English language skills must be strong.
• Project management experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for the customer.
• Design, communicate, and implement a time plan for completing the project.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and control cost.
• Create and manage a punch list with the customer.
• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify and gather resources to complete the project.
• Liaise with other operational areas to secure resources and contributions.
• Select and manage external contractors to ensure integrated service.
• Supervise project on site and participate in commissioning and start-up.
• Troubleshooting management during warranty period.
