Job summary

ALCADIA is seeking an experienced Schedule and Risk Management Engineer to support ESA CIP programmes and projects, based at ESTEC Noordwijk (The Netherlands) or ECSAT Harwell (UK) with occasional international travels.

The role covers baseline development, schedule risk analysis, monitoring performance, and reporting to ESA project teams, with a focus on delivering robust recovery plans and cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in complex project scheduling.
• Experience with schedule risk management and planning for large-scale programmes.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and control baselines and working schedules.
• Perform CP, float, KPIs, and schedule quality analysis.
• Provide schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Prepare deviation reports and dashboards.
• Support reviews like IPREV, PDR, and CDR.
