Job summary

Sopra Steria in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, is seeking an experienced project controller to support planning, reporting and control of schedules, costs and risks for ESA-related programmes.

You will develop Projects CAC, monitor resource plans, and assist in procurement actions and contract follow-ups, coordinating with international partners and CFO stakeholders. Fluent English is required; another EU language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with professional experience.
• Experience in controlling/management of activities and resources in the aerospace industry.
• IPSAS knowledge and Finance/Accounting is an asset.
• Interaction with ESA CFO Directorate and Project Team stakeholders is expected.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of another EU language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of activities in terms of schedule, risks, costs including preparation of related reports and provision of management information.
• Assist in preparing, developing, and maintaining Projects CAC (Cost at Completion).
• Monitor and control CAC resource plans, forecast deviations and prepare related reports.
• Support the preparation of tender actions, contract changes and procurement actions, including data entry in planning systems.
• Coordinate with ESA and international partners, ensuring timely implementation of procurement and contract actions.
