Job summary

ATG Europe seeks a Schedule and Risk Management Support to bolster the Workforce Management Service for the ESA CIP Office in Noordwijk, The Netherlands, or Harwell, UK. The role focuses on resource planning, control, and reporting to ensure coherent project execution.

The candidate will support project managers in schedule control, CADM, and risk management across ESA programs. Applicants should have a Master’s in Engineering and 4+ years in scheduling/risk environments, with expert knowledge

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field and 4+ years in schedule/risk management.
• Experience with CADM, data control, and project configuration management.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and risk-based scheduling.
• Ability to work across disciplines and harmonize processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedule and risk support across teams.
• Monitor industrial consortia against baseline schedules.
• Analyze schedules using KPIs and prepare deviation reports.
• Perform advanced schedule analysis including critical path and float.
• Provide input to schedule/risk management plans and tool configuration.
• Support project teams during major procurement activities and reviews.
• Set up, maintain, and improve schedule/risk dashboards and metrics.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc schedule performance reports.
