Chromalloy Holland in Tilburg, The Netherlands, is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Technician for a 2-shift schedule. You will repair and restore critical aircraft engine components, following aerospace standards and safety procedures, contributing to reliability and performance for engines worldwide.

You will review drawings, measure parts, and document results while collaborating with your team to drive improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• VMBO/MBO or equivalent technical background required.
• Affinity with engineering, manufacturing, or metalworking.
• Experience with hand tools and basic machining equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of technical English.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, work instructions and process docs.
• Inspect components before repair.
• Select and use appropriate hand tools and machinery.
• Perform repair and restoration per specifications.
• Verify dimensions with precision measuring tools.
• Record completed work and inspection results.
• Identify opportunities for process, quality and safety improvements.
