Qualifications

• Vocational education level (VMBO/MBO) or equivalent technical background
• Affinity with engineering, manufacturing, or metalworking
• Experience using hand tools and basic machining equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good understanding of technical English
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement attitude

Responsibilities

• Reviewing technical drawings, work instructions, and process documentation
• Inspecting components before repair activities begin
• Selecting and using the appropriate hand tools and machinery
• Performing repair and restoration processes according to specifications
• Verifying dimensions using precision measuring equipment
• Conducting visual inspections and quality checks
• Recording completed work and inspection results
