Job summary

Chromalloy Holland B.V. in Tilburg is seeking a Bench Operator / BX3 & EDM Operator to contribute to the repair and production of critical aircraft engine components used worldwide.

In this versatile role you will work with advanced technologies and precision processes that impact quality, performance, and safety. You will operate the BX3 and EDM equipment, follow drawings, and participate in quality inspections while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational education (MBO level) or equivalent
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or metalworking
• Experience with EDM, machining, or similar processes is an advantage
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good command of the English language
• Quality-focused and accurate working style
• Willingness to work in shifts when required

Responsibilities

• Polishing, cleaning, and finishing aircraft engine components
• Performing manual and machine-assisted repair operations
• Operating the BX3 machine for advanced manufacturing and repair processes
• Working with EDM equipment for precision machining of critical components
• Following technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Conducting dimensional and quality inspections
• Recording completed work accurately in company systems
• Identifying opportunities for quality, safety, and process improvements

What Will You Do?

In this versatile role, you will work on high-value aircraft engine components and perform a variety of precision operations.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Working with EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment for precision machining of critical components
• Following technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions

• Identifying opportunities for quality, safety, and process improvements
