Job summary

Chromalloy Holland in Tilburg is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our aerospace precision team. You will set up, operate, and optimize 4- and 5-axis turning and milling machines to produce and repair high-value aircraft engine components with tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• VMBO/MBO in Machining, Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with CNC turning and milling in high-precision manufacturing.
• Ability to operate 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Experience with grinding processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and stay within tight tolerances.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC turning and milling machines.
• Performing 4-axis and 5-axis machining operations independently.
• Manufacturing and repairing aerospace components to tight tolerances.
• Performing grinding operations per quality requirements.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
• Conducting dimensional inspections with precision measurement equipment.
• Identifying and resolving machining and process deviations.
• Supporting continuous improvement, Lean and 5S initiatives.
