Job summary

CS GROUP, in collaboration with HE Space and Sopra Steria, seeks a Project Controller to support planning, cost management, and reporting across aerospace projects. The role involves CAC development, resource planning, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with budgets and contracts.

The successful candidate will interact with ESA CFO stakeholders and project teams, requiring strong English communication and experience in finance within the aerospace sector.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline with professional experience.
• Experience in controlling and/or management of activities and resources in aerospace.
• Knowledge of IPSAS and Finance/Accounting is an asset.
• Proficient in English, other EU languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparing, executing and following up on project activities including schedule, risks and costs.
• Develop and maintain Projects’ Cost at Completion (CAC) reports.
• Monitor CAC resource plans, forecast deviations and support budget transfers as needed.
• Support tender actions, contract changes, and price/schedule analysis.
• Enter contract financials and milestone data in the agency system(s).
• Provide inputs to procurement workplans and ensure timely action on procurement and contractual matters.
