Job summary

CS GROUP, in Noordwijk, Netherlands, is seeking a Project Controller to support planning, cost control, and procurement activities for aerospace projects. You will assist in CAC planning, monitor resource plans, and ensure alignment with budgets and financial commitments.

The role requires a Master’s degree and relevant aerospace industry experience, with strong English skills. This opportunity is located in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, within a collaboration with HE Space and Sopra Steria.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline and relevant professional experience.
• Experience in controlling and/or management of activities and resources in the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of IPSAS and Finance/Accounting is an asset.
• Proficient in English, other EU language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of project activities including schedule, risks and costs, plus preparation of related reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Projects Cost at Completion (CAC) and CAC resource plans.
• Monitor and control CAC resource plans, forecast deviations and prepare related reports.
• Check consistency of financial commitments with budgets and monitor expenditure against ceilings.
• Support tender actions, contract change notices and price/schedule evaluations.
• Input data for contract financial commitments and milestone payments into the Agency’s systems.
• Contribute to procurement plans and action follow-ups, including commitment consumption and disbursement profiles.
• Support invoicing, payment verification and fixed asset / inventory processes.
