Chromalloy Holland in Tilburg seeks a skilled CNC Machine Operator - Milling to support aerospace components with extreme tolerances. You will set up, run, and optimize 4- and 5-axis mills and read engineering drawings to ensure precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC Milling across 4-axis and 5-axis machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with tight tolerances in aerospace/manufacturing is preferred.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Technical vocational education in machining or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to ensure compliance.
• Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Identify and resolve machining deviations; adjust offsets as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace; support Lean initiatives.
