Job summary

Stanley David and Associates is seeking an experienced engineer with deep expertise in turbo machinery components for gas turbine, power, or aviation industries. You will apply 2D/3D modelling and tolerance analysis to aero-engine modules and support design modifications.

You will collaborate with Stress, Air Systems, Materials, Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve issues and ensure conformance with design standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in turbo machinery components for Gas Turbine, Power, or Aviation industries.
• Knowledge of aero-engine modules: Compressors, Turbines, Combustion, Structures, Casings, Rotatives, Airfoils.
• Experience in aero-engine component design, development and installation (ducts, harnesses, pipes, hoses, brackets).
• Skilled in GD&T and tolerance analysis using UG/NX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Stress, Air Systems, Materials, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Participate in technical/concession reviews with customer authorities.
• Resolve manufacturing/service issues and contribute to design modifications.
