Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a skilled project data administrator for The Hague-based NATO-related projects. The role focuses on handling incoming and outgoing correspondence among AirC2 staff, NATO entities, nations, and contractors, and ensuring data quality and compliance with CDRL requirements.

You will analyse contractual deliverables, manage project data, and administer collaborative platforms with strict information governance. NATO security clearance is relevant to the position.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2-year postrelated experience.
• Secondary educational qualification with 4-years post-related experience.
• Experience of at least 2 years in comparable duties.
• Experience with the administration and management of project data and project correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence between AirC2 staff, NATO entities, nations, and contractors for assigned projects.
• Analyzing project correspondence and contractual deliverables in accordance with CDRL requirements and Data Management Guidelines.
• Administering and managing AirC2 collaborative online platforms and project websites, including managing user access and content to ensure information consistency and quality.
