Job summary

We are currently looking for Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Team in our office in Rotterdam!

Summary of the position of Admin Assistant

• Input of inquiries from our customers in our own system

Activities of sales Admin Assistant

• Assisting the sales officers by placing the inquiries in our system as soon as possible in order to keep the customer satisfied with a quick response

The successful candidate will:

• Have a valid work permit
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Work accurately
• Not have a problem doing repetitive work
• Have some knowledge of engines/machinery (preferred, we will provide training on the job)
• Have a valid work permit

We will offer you the following:

• Salary: € 2.700 up to € 2.850 gross per month depending on experience
• Health allowance: € 250 gross per month
• Commuting allowance
• Lunch onsite
• 25 vacation days based on a 12-month contract
• Bonus- and promotion system
• Start date: as soon as possible
