Lemonade is seeking an Actuary in Amsterdam to own reserving and Solvency II calculations while shaping AI-driven, scalable actuarial workflows for our European expansion. You'll combine finance and insurance expertise with data insights, delivering regulatory deliverables (SFCR/RSR/ORSA/QRTs) and communicating findings clearly to management.

With 4+ years in non-life actuarial work and a Master’s in Actuarial Science or Econometrics, you’ll translate complex results into actionable business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of non-life actuarial experience.
• Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, or related field.
• Hands-on reserving and Solvency II calculations.
• Familiarity with data science tools like Python or R, and AI/automation.
• Experience in financial reporting for regulated insurers.

Responsabilités

• Own reserving processes and Solvency II calculations for regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to SFCR, RSR, ORSA, and QRTs reporting.
• Build AI-driven workflows to speed actuarial work.
• Identify data trends and communicate insights to management.
• Maintain actuarial compliance as Lemonade expands in Europe.
