Job summary

Prologis is seeking a G&A Accountant to support accurate and timely financial accounting for our European business in Amsterdam. You will own core G&A accounting, non-operating expenses, accruals, prepayments, payroll transactions and general ledger reconciliations.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Corporate Accounting, Intercompany, AP/AR, FP&A and global accounting teams to support reporting, explain variances, and contribute to process improvements across accounting activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience or equivalent internship.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles across ledgers, accruals, prepaids, payroll-related transactions, and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain variances clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of P&L accounts and ledgers.
• Record accruals, prepaids, payroll-related transactions, and reconcile GL accounts.
• Process intercompany recharges and support FP&A reporting with variance explanations.
• Provide US GAAP and Local GAAP accounting information to internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and document procedures.
