DFE Pharma invites you to join our Finance team as an Accounting & Reporting Analyst in a dynamic, global environment where collaboration is easy and communication lines are refreshingly short. You will work with colleagues across countries and contribute to accounting and reporting processes with ownership and accountability.

The role emphasizes IFRS group reporting, local GAAP compliance, and continuous process enhancement within an international context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Accounting or Auditing.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English; Dutch or German a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and learning mindset.
• Hands-on mentality and problem solving.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt to change and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations with internal partners.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS group reporting requirements.
• Support local statutory reporting in line with Local GAAP across several countries.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain documentation.
• Assist in accounting and finance project implementations.

• Prepare journal entries， accruals and balance sheet reconciliations， including active communication and follow-up on actions with internal business partners
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Support preparation of monthly， quarterly and annual group reporting requirements according to IFRS principles
• Support the local statutory reporting timely and in accordance with the Local Accounting legislation (Local GAAP) for several countries
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation
• Assisting in implementation of accounting and finance related projects

What we ask

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics， Accounting or Auditing
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong English language skills， Dutch and/or German are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn and develop
