Job summary

DFE Pharma in Veghel (NL) is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Analyst to join the Finance team. You will prepare journal entries, perform monthly reconciliations, and support IFRS reporting across the group.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting or Auditing, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong English, and hands-on skills with ERP systems (SAP, COUPA) and MS 365. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-country environment with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting or Auditing.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English language skills; Dutch and/or German are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, COUPA) and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting under IFRS.
• Assist with local GAAP statutory reporting for several countries.
• Contribute to process improvements and project accounting initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal partners and report to Accounting & Reporting Manager.
• Perform daily tasks and support closing activities.
