Job summary

Booking.com in Amsterdam is seeking an Accounting Intern to support daily financial reporting and accounting operations. You will work with multiple finance teams on month-end close, data analysis, and process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

This paid internship offers an opportunity to learn about financial reporting, corporate tax, and forecasting while collaborating on AI-enabled automation initiatives. Candidates should be enrolled and available February–July 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Support month-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Tax, Financial Reporting, FP&A, and Business Controlling teams.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and process improvement projects.
• Participate in accounting transformation projects and automation efforts.
