Channel Factory in Amsterdam is hiring an entry-level Account Manager to support the Sales team in driving new business and maintaining client relationships and agency partnerships. You will learn Channel Factory's products, master the sales process, and contribute to revenue growth through prospecting, research, and client support.

This role is designed to build foundational skills for progression into a Sales Manager position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or media sales.
• Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Fluent in Dutch; strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in identifying and qualifying new leads.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.
• Conduct research on clients, agencies, and market trends.
• Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and follow-up actions.
• Attend client meetings and learn the full sales cycle from outreach to closing; collaborate with internal teams.
