Function

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships within the Asian food sector in the Netherlands. You are continuously busy with maintaining existing contacts and identifying new opportunities in the market. You ensure that customers are optimally served and that commercial objectives are achieved.

You will work closely with colleagues within the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals. You will process and optimize orders and ensure that everything runs smoothly from request to delivery. You also analyze market developments, customer needs and competition to identify and respond to improvement opportunities.

With your commercial insight and product knowledge you know how to advise customers and build relationships. You monitor agreements made and ensure that both customer satisfaction and results remain at a high level.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
• Additional proficiency in English and/or Chinese
• Experience with Asian foods
• Commercial work experience in a similar position
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Availability for 36 hours per week

Offer

• A gross monthly salary of €2,800 based on 36 hours
• 25 vacation days and 11.8 ADV hours per year
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
