Job summary

Jackson and Frank is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to grow and manage international client relationships from our Hilversum base.

You will identify new commercial opportunities, advise clients on international employment and payroll solutions, and collaborate with teams across Europe and Asia to expand the portfolio. You will also contribute to launching our Hilversum boutique office and drive long-term client growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in international HR, Payroll, EOR, Staffing or Global Mobility is a strong advantage.
• Commercially driven and relationship-focused.
• Able to turn conversations into opportunities and long-term client relationships.
