Job summary

Jobtailor in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client activities and be the main liaison for briefs.

You will collaborate with creative, content, strategy and production teams to keep projects on schedule, manage costs, and nurture client relationships while supporting digital PR and talent initiatives. Mentoring junior colleagues is also part of the role, fostering a collaborative agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an account role, ideally within an agency or socially-led environment.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a precise and organized approach to project work, and an analytical mindset to define and measure project performance metrics.
• Familiarity with social communication platforms, including tools, trends, and their evolution, and a passion for digital and social communication.
• Highly proactive and curious, exploring new creative communication solutions to exceed expectations.
