Job summary

Jobtailor in Amsterdam is seeking a seasoned Account Lead to drive complex client relationships and deliver standout social-first campaigns. You will mentor junior talent, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive, technology‑savvy mindset to stay ahead of industry trends and creator-led opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in client services, ideally in a creative, digital or socially-led agency.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, digital culture and emerging trends.
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, profitability and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trust internally and externally.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills and curiosity about emerging technologies and creative AI tools.
