Job summary

Leuk Personeel is seeking an Absence Case Manager to handle absence and reintegration for a diverse client portfolio in an international setting. Excellent English skills are essential, with Dutch proficiency also required. You will engage with employees, advise employers and collaborate with doctors to guide absence issues with confidence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a casemanager verzuim.
• HBO working and thinking level.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent English.
• Knowledge of Wet verbetering Poortwachter.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage absence and reintegration processes for a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct personal conversations with employees and advise employers.
• Collaborate with company doctors and other specialists.
• Provide professional advice to international employers.
