Sagardi Group is hiring a Cook a la carte in Amsterdam for full-time work starting immediately. The role involves maintaining daily production quality, managing mise-en-place, and delivering service within scheduled times in a Basque-influenced, international kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of à la carte experience, can manage a station, and holds work authorization for the Netherlands or EU nationality.

Qualifications

• Availability for full-time work (38 hours)
• Experience as an à la carte cook in a restaurant is highly valued (min 1 year)
• Ability to manage a station (mise-en-place and service)
• Authorization to work in the Netherlands or EU nationality

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of daily production and mise-en-place.
• Manage inventory and utilize FIFO system.
• Follow HACCP process and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and organize the kitchen and workspace.
• Execute tasks assigned by the head chef.
• Provide service within required timeframes.
