Job summary

Indinox is seeking a project leader in the Rotterdam region to guide piping projects in the Netherlands. You will coordinate multiple projects, oversee planning, budget, quality, and safety, and work with site managers, welders, and fitters to deliver on schedule.

You will act as the main contact for clients and suppliers, spotting growth opportunities and ensuring strong, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Skilled in reading plans and schematics (ISO, P&ID’s).
• Strong communicator with a client-focused mindset.
• Technical insight to successfully complete piping projects.
• Flexible, stress-resistant and able to maintain oversight in complex situations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.
• VCA VOL certificate.
• A few years of experience or a background in piping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of a project.
• Manage and support your team (foremen, welders, fitters).
• Ensure efficient planning, materials management, and staff deployment.
• Consult with clients on safety, planning, and changes.
• Monitor quality, safety, and budget during the project.
• Spot opportunities for additional work with the client.
