Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and quality focus.
• Ability to calculate formulas and measure to spec.
• Excellent visual acuity to detect defects.
• Highly organized, energetic and proactive.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Computer literacy is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a production and operations team.
• Oversee production scheduling, quality control, and resource planning.
• Implement continuous improvement using Lean methods.
• Collaborate across departments for rapid prototyping and fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
