- To carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project for all area inside Hartalega NGC premises. (Production lines, QA dept, Warehouse, Utilities, Compounding, Offices)
- To do all kind electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting and wiring work.
- To perform LOTO for all isolation work.
- To troubleshoot machine and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
- Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
- Willing to work on shift.
- To ensure downtime is minimal by performing the job efficiently.
- Always feedback to superior regarding any outstanding issues/items.
- To improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
- To ensure works/jobs done with high efficiency and quality.
- To liaise with other departments/plants for any activities related to multiple department involvement.
- To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.
- To ensure and practice self-safety of all works performed.
- To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (Checklists,
